General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Furious Over Chase Visiting Willow — Could He Take Action?

General Hospital spoilers reveal that once Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) finds out about Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) visiting Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), he’s unlikely to be happy. Could Drew’s jealousy spiral out of control, given that Chase and Willow were once lovers and even married, possibly pushing him to try and take Chase out?

Of course, if Drew understood that Chase was actually investigating Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as a suspect in the shooting, he wouldn’t be upset at all. Chase told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that he was looking into Michael’s alibi, specifically regarding Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) — the woman Drew believes drugged him. Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) assured Drew that Michael’s actions, including dating an escort, could ruin his own alibi and custody chances.

Alexis noted that more suspects were needed beyond Michael, who believes Willow shot Drew and framed him. But Drew, convinced Michael shot him and set up Willow, interprets Chase’s frequent visits to her in Pentonville as suspicious — thinking Chase might be trying to win her back.

Drew Considers a Fatal Takedown
Drew muses that taking Chase out in a fatal incident wouldn’t be difficult — but it would need to be opportunistic, with Chase being stalked. While Drew could arrange for Chase to respond to a particular crime, he would need inside information, possibly involving planted accomplices — a dispatcher and a hitman — to ensure Chase ends up in harm’s way.

It’s surprising what people will do for the right price. Drew would need to ensure both the dispatcher and hitman he hires could be bought. While the plan might not happen immediately, it’s certainly in motion, especially as Alexis works to clear Willow.
