BBC EastEnders’ Okie was killed this week after being accidentally stabbed by Harry Mitchell, leaving fans speculating about Teddy’s future.

EastEnders villain Okie has been killed after being accidentally stabbed by Harry Mitchell during a confrontation.
Viewers of the BBC soap will remember that Okie (Aayan Ibikunle Shoderu) had taken Harry (Elijah Holloway) hostage after threatening to expose Ravi Gulati’s (Aaron Thiara) drug operation.
Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho) helped secure Harry’s release, and Harry then reported Okie and Ravi’s illegal activities to the authorities.
In Tuesday’s episode (November 11), Okie confronted Kojo, demanding information about his police statement and instructing him to contact Harry. Meanwhile, Harry, struggling with withdrawal symptoms, was on his way to meet a drug supplier when Kojo’s message reached him.

When Harry arrived, he found Okie threatening Kojo with a knife and immediately intervened to protect his friend. Kojo managed to get away before a struggle broke out between Harry and Okie, which ended with Harry accidentally stabbing him, according to OK!.
Harry stayed by Okie’s side as he died, with Okie’s final words being: “I just want my mum, man,” leaving Harry in shock.
Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) soon arrived at the scene and took Harry back home.
Teddy and Harry’s mother, Nicola (Laura Doddington), quickly began plotting how to cover up the accidental killing, despite Harry wanting to report it to the authorities.

Just as Harry was about to confess to the fatal stabbing, his father returned home and called the police, leaving Harry devastated as Teddy faced potential arrest.
Meanwhile, Kojo told his older brother, George Knight (Colin Salmon), about the terrifying threat Okie had made to stab him and how Harry had stepped in to protect him.
EastEnders fans are now speculating that Kojo might go to the police to explain the true circumstances of Okie’s death, which could clear Harry and Teddy of any wrongdoing.
One viewer shared their theory on Facebook: “I thought Kojo would save Teddy from going to prison since he saw what happened, and it was clearly self-defence.”

Another fan added: “Really hoping Teddy stays and this leads to a self-defence court storyline over the Christmas episodes.”
A third predicted: “I don’t think it’s over yet. Kojo will eventually tell the police what happened, Harry will be cleared as it was self-defence, but Teddy could face charges for perverting the course of justice.”
“If Walford Police had any sense, the forensics would show it wasn’t him, but judging by past cases, they’re clueless—especially with Jack calling the shots,” one viewer commented.

Another fan suggested that Teddy likely wouldn’t be blamed for Okie’s death, writing: “But… there’s no blood on him and nowhere else either, since he didn’t wash his hands (and we can’t assume he did). There’s probably no DNA from Teddy on Okie.
“No fingerprints from Okie on the knife, only Teddy’s, but he could claim he wiped it and that Harry grabbed it? The time gap between the stabbing and the phone call needs to be explained.”
They added: “Kojo will say he saw Harry fighting Okie but didn’t tell anyone until much later—so how would Teddy have known he was there? I don’t think it will automatically be a simple case just because Teddy confessed.”
