Drew Hopes for a Fresh Start with Willow, But It May Not Happen
Drew is trying to start anew with Willow, yet his efforts seem doomed. Willow is clinging to Drew as one of her few sources of support, but it’s clear she may just be taking advantage of him. Any feelings she once had for Drew are now overshadowed by their ongoing custody battle.
Given everything that’s transpired, it seems unlikely Drew and Willow have a genuine future together. Unfortunately, Drew’s poor choices have alienated nearly everyone in Port Charles.
Not Many Women Are Likely to Pursue Drew
Once single again, few women in town are likely to pursue Drew. Still, Drew will need a romantic partner—so who could it be? It might be someone like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who herself is wrapped up in a dangerous situation that could put many lives at risk. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is trying to convince Britt she has a good heart.
Britt Struggles with Her Own Morality
Britt finds it hard to see herself as a good person because of the secrets she keeps and the work she does to obtain her medication. While she and Jason currently seem to be heading toward romance, that could change once her secrets come to light. Withholding key details about Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and the Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) saga could potentially ruin her relationship with Jason.
This could leave Drew lonely after losing Willow, disliked by the entire Port Charles community. At the same time, Britt could find herself feeling abandoned if she loses Jason—creating the perfect setup for a romantic connection between Drew and Britt.
Could It Begin as a One-Night Stand?
It’s easy to picture Drew and Britt sharing a one-night fling or something more. Drew might relish the chance to pursue Jason’s girlfriend, much like he previously took Willow from Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Britt, on her part, might start to believe that a flawed man like Drew is the type of partner she deserves. This could trigger Jason’s protective instincts, motivating him to keep Drew away from Britt.
Such a storyline would be a clever way to draw Jason back into the drama and potentially reignite his feelings for Britt. However, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jason and Britt’s relationship may hit serious obstacles, possibly pushing her toward Drew.
