General Hospital spoilers tease three major moments unfolding during the week of November 17, 2025. Viewers will see Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell) finally introduced to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) reaches out to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for help. Jacinda Breckell Meets Sonny Corinthos
First up is Jacinda. She and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) are still pretending to date, complete with sharing a convenient alibi. Even though the relationship is staged, the two are clearly forming a connection.
This week, Michael brings Jacinda to meet Sonny—an introduction that could shift everything. How will the mob boss size up the woman suddenly spending so much time with his son?
Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is not thrilled about Michael’s growing attachment to Jacinda.
Lulu Turns to Carly for Help
Over at the PCPD, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) remains locked up until his bail hearing in two days—an eternity for a teen insisting he’s innocent. Rocco keeps shouting that he never touched anything in the lab, calling Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) damage claims into question.
Although Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) upped the charges based on Dalton’s report, even she looked puzzled by Rocco’s insistence. While she had to follow procedure, it raises the possibility that Justine and Sonny might team up to uncover what’s really going on.
Amid all this, Lulu seeks support from Carly as the situation becomes harder to navigate.
Jenz Sidwell Loses Control
Another big moment comes when Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) files a report for his father. Marco appeared in court to feed Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) a cover story, but after Rocco’s arrest, he immediately contacted Sidwell with the bad news.
Sidwell erupts in anger, furious that his plans are falling apart—and now the police will want to examine the lab themselves. It’s suspicious they didn’t do so earlier, which supports Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) belief that someone is setting Rocco up.
