Rapper Aitch took a dip in the I’m A Celeb jungle creek with Angry Ginge and confessed that former EastEnders star Shona McGarty, 34, was on his mind.
Aitch has admitted he has a “soft spot” for soap star Shona McGarty, sending romance rumours swirling in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
The rapper was cooling off in the show’s creek with Angry Ginge when he confessed that the former EastEnders actress, 34, had been on his mind.
Aitch, 25, whose real name is Harlee, said: “I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Shona, me.”
Ginge responded: “I think she’s really nice, if that’s what you mean…”
Aitch confirmed: “Yeah, that’s what I mean,” with the YouTube star, 24, agreeing: “Yeah she is.”
This moment came after the celebs spruced up camp in a bid to win a badge. Aitch gathered logs, while Shona and Jack Osbourne handled dunny duty.
Kelly Brook told Vogue Williams that she skipped her usual morning jungle shower so she could focus on preparing the rice after being appointed camp chef.
Meanwhile, Celebs Go Dating star Anna Williamson stepped in to defend her co-star Tom Read Wilson, 38, after Aitch mocked his posh accent.
When Tom first arrived in the Jungle, Aitch asked him whether he was ever going to “switch” his voice off.
Anna said: “I just want to support my friend. Aitch on I’m A Celeb was simply asking about the way Tom speaks and waiting for him to ‘switch it off.’ You know what? I’m going to put that myth to bed right now. It’s honestly the most common thing people ask me and Paul (C Brunson) about Tom — ‘Is that really his voice? Does he genuinely talk like that, or is it an act?’ Well, let me tell you this, on my kids’ graves: that is exactly how Tom speaks.”

Martin Kemp and his Spandau Ballet bandmates always had a certain elegance. “We’re not just a band, we’re a lifestyle,” his older brother Gary once claimed in an interview during their early New Romantic era.
“Absolutely!” a young Martin had agreed. “And one day, many years from now, my dream is to be sitting on a toilet on primetime ITV with cockroaches being dumped over my head.”
It may have taken a few decades, but Martin’s dream finally came true in I’m A Celeb’s latest trial, Dreaded Dunnies. (No doubt the cockroaches considered it the highlight of their careers too.)
Martin wasn’t the only one participating in the lavatory-themed challenge. In the neighbouring cubicles sat, in no particular order: the former host of Football Focus, the woman who once ran over Kat Slater, and the guy whose dad infamously bit the head off a dove — or maybe a bat — or maybe both, though probably not simultaneously.
This group wasn’t just sitting on the loo for fun. They had a vital goal: to ensure that whatever mystery meal was lowered into camp later would be big enough to keep everyone from starving. As it turned out, dinner wasn’t roadkill this time but an egg. A massive egg, yes — but still ultimately an egg.
Before knowing that, the four contestants threw themselves into the trial with full commitment. Each had to find a tiny tool and use it to unscrew various items from an oversized communal toilet-roll holder.
Absurd? Degrading? Funny?
Absolutely all of that. But it also gave them the chance to showcase determination, quick thinking, teamwork and some pretty nifty hands-on skills. Not to mention it provided endless opportunities for jokes involving the word “tool” — too good to pass up.
So how did this Spandau Ballet icon and his teammates perform?
To put it simply: they earned all 12 stars.
