I’m A Celebrity fans have been left feeling “worried” about Lisa Riley after spotting a “concerning change.”
The popular ITV show returned last weekend, with ten new stars tackling their fears in the Australian jungle.
As camp life gets underway, viewers have become increasingly concerned for the Emmerdale actress after she appeared to have a swollen and irritated left eye during Thursday’s (November 20) episode. No explanation for the injury has been given on air.
After noticing the redness on Lisa’s face, many viewers took to social media to share their concerns, according to the Mirror.
One viewer asked: “Has anyone else noticed Lisa’s eye looks swollen?” while another wondered: “What’s going on with Lisa’s face? Has she been bitten? The area under her eyes looks really sore.”
A third person questioned: “What’s happened to Lisa? Has she been bitten just below her eye?”
Meanwhile, another concerned fan added: “Guys, I’m worried about Lisa — the bugs have really gone for her.”
It is still unknown what caused the issue, but medical staff are on hand throughout the series should any of the celebrities need help.
Despite this, Lisa has been adjusting to jungle life impressively well and has quickly become one of the show’s most popular campmates.
The actress has developed a particularly close connection with fellow contestant Jack Osbourne, sharing emotional conversations about losing their parents.
During one discussion, Lisa asked Jack about his father, Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away earlier this year.
The conversation brought both of them to tears, with Lisa opening up about her own mother’s passing. She shared that while her mum would have been delighted to see her take on the jungle challenge, she would also have worried about her safety.
Lisa explained: “While my mum would have been thrilled about me doing the jungle, I can also picture her at nine o’clock, anxiously worrying about me. But she knew I was very headstrong.”
