“Coronation Street is back this week with three huge storyline twists.”

This week, Coronation Street promises plenty of drama as the long-running soap returns to ITV with major highs and lows for the residents. From death threats and sudden health scares to relationship turmoil and a long-awaited comeback, viewers are in for an emotional rollercoaster.
One of the biggest storylines focuses on cruel villain Theo Silverton (James Cartwright), who once again lashes out at Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) after Todd leaves Shuttleworth’s Funeral Service. Meanwhile, Carla Connor (Alison King) faces a heartbreaking choice about her future with Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers). With even more drama ahead, here are three major spoilers for the week.
In Monday’s episode, Becky McDonald (Katherine Kelly) receives a chilling message — a funeral wreath with a card reading: “Rest in Peace – Again!” Terrified, she immediately meets with DI Jeremy Costello (Daon Broni), insisting the sender is serious and determined to uncover who’s behind it, leaving Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) deeply shaken too. Later, while at the precinct, Becky discreetly snaps photos of a group of teenage girls.

At the station, Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) arrives for his promotion interview just as Costello opens a message — and is rattled to discover it contains a photo of his daughter. As Kit leaves, Costello takes a call from Becky, while Kit lingers outside the office, listening with interest.
Meanwhile, Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) begins stirring up trouble. With Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) expected back at work, Carl quietly stamps “Paid” on an invoice from Preston’s Petals.
When Tracy Barlow shows up with flowers for an event, Carl tells Ronnie that Debbie claimed she’d already paid Tracy’s invoice, but there’s no record of it. Carl then tells Tracy that, due to a mistake, her payment hasn’t gone through — but he’ll take care of it.
Tracy is furious, and a distressed Debbie confesses to Ronnie that her symptoms seem to be worsening. Ronnie suggests she consider stepping back from work, but will Debbie agree?

Cassie Plummer (Claire Sweeney) is left worn out and struggling to hide her guilt. Fiz Brown (Jennie McAlpine) tells Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) that Cilla (Wendy Peters) needs an operation and has no one to care for her.
Tyrone insists she must go and reassures her he can manage on his own for a few days. Later, Tyrone stops by the cab office and tells Cassie he needs a lift to his physio appointment. Cassie quickly removes her headset and insists on driving him herself. Whether Tyrone’s session proves successful, however, remains to be seen.
Elsewhere, Todd confronts Theo for pushing him into running a half-marathon, but Theo argues it’s for Todd’s own benefit — and announces they’ll be going out for another training run later.
Meanwhile, Kevin shows Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) and Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) the barrel of beer and dartboard he’s bought, explaining that he’s creating a mini pub for himself so he can avoid Abi and Carl. Dev then mentions that his daughter Asha (Tanisha Gorey) has asked him to visit the next day.
