General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest major chaos is about to erupt. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) recently threw Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) under the bus, telling Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that Portia might have been involved in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), acting as Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) attorney, quickly picked up that information as she works to clear Willow’s name.
After looking into things further, it appears Portia doesn’t have a strong alibi for the night Drew was attacked — and the co–Chief of Staff may soon find her life spiraling.
Portia Robinson Learns She’s Been Betrayed
GH spoilers say Portia will eventually discover Nina’s betrayal, and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will likely be the one to break the news.
While Ava is close to Nina, she’s just as protective of Portia because of her connection to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Ava will do anything to safeguard her.
Although Portia and Nina also share a bond through Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), it seems Nina may find herself firmly in Portia’s crosshairs when the truth comes out.
Portia Goes Into Panic Mode
Portia was with Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson) the night Drew was shot, meaning she does have an alibi — but she certainly doesn’t want that secret surfacing.
Revealing the affair could cost her professionally; a co–Chief of Staff involved with a doctor under her leadership would raise serious ethical concerns.
And even though she and Curtis were separated at the time, her pregnancy and Curtis’s belief that the baby is his would only magnify the fallout if the truth were revealed.
Still, all that drama is preferable to a prison sentence. And none of this would be happening if Nina hadn’t exposed her to Sonny in the first place. Portia is furious, and GH viewers know there’s no wrath quite like hers. What kind of payback might she have planned for Nina?
