General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, November 24 to December 12, reveal new developments surrounding Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) death, turmoil for the Quartermaines, and a whirlwind wedding.
During the week of November 24–28, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) pops the question to a hesitant Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), while Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) weighs the idea of giving Willow access to the kids.
With these two options on the table, which path will Willow take — focusing on Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) or choosing Drew?
Elsewhere, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) pressures Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to publish something to gain the upper hand over Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) believes Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) should step aside from “Ben.”
Britt worries that Sonny’s mob involvement could do more harm than good, but Rocco may still get a break when Sonny urges ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) to grant him bail and reduce his charges. Will Rocco be home in time for Thanksgiving?
Meanwhile, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) catches Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) off guard with a potential lead about Dalton’s death. This clue could make Dante suspicious of both Sonny and Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis), possibly linked to their roadside encounter — an incident that sets off alarm bells for Dante.
Elsewhere, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) are in for a surprise, while Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) lashes out — possibly because Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has been named the top suspect in the PCPD’s shooting investigation.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) faces fury when she discovers that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) has removed Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) for insubordination. However, Josslyn herself has disobeyed orders, so consequences are on the horizon.
If Willow chooses to marry Drew, wedding planning takes center stage, as the couple may believe marriage could strengthen her custody case.
Out at Wyndemere, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) finds himself in unexpected trouble. Could he meet a fate similar to Dalton’s for meddling where he shouldn’t?
Week of December 8–12
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is likely to explode at Brook Lynn and the rest of the Quartermaine family for hiding Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) heart attack. While Tracy is at a spa in France, the family hoped to keep her calm — but she will be furious when she learns Drew left Ned collapsed outside Bobbie’s.
Sonny faces a tense situation as a tearful, fearful Laura struggles to handle the pressure of covering up Dalton’s death. Meanwhile, after Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is transferred stateside, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) teams up with him to advance their plan against the Brennans.
The “Who Shot Drew?” storyline is set for more twists and turns, and spoilers indicate the next three weeks will deliver plenty of shocking and dramatic moments.
