General Hospital spoilers reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) won’t stop digging until she uncovers who went after her son — and what their motive was. Finding Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) battered and bruised in a jail cell was the last thing she expected during her visit.
Thankfully, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) stepped in, taking charge and transferring Rocco to the PCPD for protection while he awaits his bail hearing.
But will Nathan stick close to Lulu as she hunts for the person responsible for targeting her son behind bars? Lulu needs to tread lightly — nothing about this situation is as straightforward as it looks.
Classic Lulu
Once Lulu gets locked onto a mission, there’s no slowing her down. It’s exactly what makes her such a tenacious journalist — she digs deep, asks the hard questions, and won’t back off until she sees the whole picture.
Right now, she can’t shake the worry that Nathan might be right. Rocco may have been attacked because of his connection to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) or Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and that possibility terrifies her.
But uncovering the real motive behind the assault won’t be easy — unless someone wants her to uncover it. And that’s where things get murky. Could Nathan be subtly steering Lulu toward Sidwell on purpose? Is he leading her straight into the path of someone dangerous?
GH Spoilers Suggest Nathan Stirred the Pot
It’s important to remember where Lulu first got the idea that Rocco was deliberately targeted. Just because Nathan’s theory sounds plausible doesn’t mean he had any solid proof. Nathan simply speculated that someone went after Rocco — nothing more.
Of course, we know the truth: Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) already confessed to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) that he orchestrated the jailhouse attack on Rocco. But the real question is whether Nathan knows that — and if he does, was he nudging Lulu toward that conclusion intentionally?
A Dark Knight in Disguise
Nathan may not be the shining hero he’s slowly becoming in Lulu’s eyes. Ever since that afternoon at her apartment a few weeks ago, fans have been buzzing that the writers are setting the stage for a Lulu–Nathan romance — something that would devastate Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) whenever she wakes from her coma.
But here’s the twist: what if this isn’t the real Nathan at all? What if “Nathan” is part of Sidwell’s elaborate revenge scheme against Sonny? If that’s the case, then every move he’s making is designed to guide Lulu straight into danger.
If Lulu walks right into Sidwell’s trap, will Dante be the one who ultimately pulls her out? Let’s hope so — because things are about to get far more dangerous.
