Helen Flanagan looked amazing in a striped bikini.
The former Coronation Street star continues to impress fans with her glamorous Instagram posts. The 35-year-old actress has been reminiscing about her Amalfi Coast holiday and shared photos from the trip on Instagram this week.
Helen looked gorgeous in the striped bikini while spending quality time with her 10-year-old daughter, Matilda. The duo enjoyed a boat ride in Positano, with mum Helen laughing and bonding with her little one.
Another adorable snap showed Helen in the two-piece, wrapping an arm around Matilda as they sat on a platform overlooking the sparkling ocean.

Helen opened up about her love life, describing it as “in tatters” in the caption accompanying her photo dump. However, she raved about her three children and told fans how “blessed” she feels to have them.
She also shared her travel plans for the year, writing: “Been planning my trips for 2026. My love life may always be in tatters, but I have been incredibly blessed with three beautiful children.
“I’m planning a short getaway to Lake Como with Matilda and a one-on-one trip to Bangkok with Delilah to visit my brother and nephew.”

She added: “As a single mum of three, I’ve learned that little one-on-one trips are far more manageable—and meaningful—than trying to do everything at once. It allows me to truly be present with each of them.”
Helen has three children with Scott Sinclair—Matilda, 10, Delilah, 7, and Charlie, 4. The couple split in 2022 after 13 years together.
The Celebs Go Dating star, who recently released her autobiography Head and Heart, has spoken openly about fearing her children “were going to be taken away” from her during her mental health struggles.

Helen revealed she feared she was being “watched, filmed, hunted, possibly even drugged” after having a severe reaction to her prescription medication. She was later diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
Her situation worsened following her split from footballer Scott Sinclair, as she became addicted to the medication. Speaking to the Mirror, she said: “It was the hardest period I’ve ever faced with my mental health. I do think the medication was really bad for me, but I became quite addicted to it.”
She added: “Everything became overwhelming, and I started experiencing psychosis. I genuinely thought I was being watched, filmed, hunted, and possibly even drugged. I saw things that weren’t real. It was terrifying—I feared my children might be taken away, and the nursery even got involved.”
