General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) is in for a rough week on the ABC soap — and his timing couldn’t be worse.

After Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) exposed Dalton’s plan to sell Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) secret technology and split the profits with her, could this be the end of the line for Dalton?

Dalton Could Be Caught in the Act

With Pascal (Marc Forget) back in the picture — pretending to be Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) butler to those unaware of his real identity — there’s a strong chance he’s actually Sidwell’s hitman.

At The Five Poppies, Pascal seemed to hold power over Britt in the lab. But at Dalton’s facility, Britt has now taken charge as the boss.

Sidwell, meanwhile, is growing impatient with Dalton’s lack of progress. After Britt labeled Dalton a “snake,” Sidwell’s trust in him may be gone for good. Dalton could easily find himself caught doing something suspicious — and with Britt’s allegiance still firmly tied to Sidwell, she might be quick to throw Dalton under the bus. What Britt doesn’t know, however, is that Pascal is already in Port Charles.

Before Dalton’s Disaster, Gio and Emma Uncover a Terrifying Secret

Just before Dalton’s bad timing strikes, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) stumble upon something horrifying — sending Britt into a panic.

The discovery comes as Gio and Emma sneak into the lab during the mayoral debate at PCU. Britt likely realizes her key fob has gone missing and fears the lab has been breached. Since she’s in charge, she knows any fallout will land squarely on her shoulders.

The teens may think they’re freeing innocent lab animals, but the experiments inside are far more sinister than simple animal testing. Britt could even discover that something — or someone — has vanished from the lab, raising even darker questions about what’s really going on.

Britt Shifts the Blame — and Dalton Pays the Price

If something from the lab turns up missing, Britt will almost certainly pin the blame on Dalton. By then, she’ll likely have recovered her key fob — conveniently replaced by whoever took it.

When Dalton eventually returns to the lab, Britt will have already alerted Sidwell — and possibly the mysterious “C.” Even if she suspects someone else is responsible, Dalton will still take the fall.
