General Hospital spoilers and updates for November 17-21 reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will face mounting chaos, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will have a tense encounter, and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will confront a difficult decision in Port Charles.

Carly’s Turmoil

Following her visit to Steinmauer, Carly will return home to a whirlwind of challenges. She’ll discover that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is moving in with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) at Wyndemere—a decision that is bound to alarm her.

Since Lucas has agreed to live under the influence of the dangerous Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Carly’s concern will be heightened.

On top of that, Carly may notice Josslyn growing close to Lucas, which could intensify her worries about her daughter’s recent involvement with the WSB investigation.

With Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) now out on bail, Carly could also find herself caught in the tension between Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and her former daughter-in-law.

Carly Has Plenty on Her Plate

Carly has a lot to manage, particularly with her responsibilities alongside Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Meanwhile, Josslyn will face her own challenges, balancing the protection of Lucas with completing her WSB assignment.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will struggle to keep her pregnancy hidden from Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Will Isaiah start to put the pieces together and discover the truth?

Portia will also try to keep Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) in the dark about the possibility that Isaiah is the biological father, adding even more complications.

Ava Flirts With Sidwell, Dante Faces a Tough Decision

Ava Jerome (Maura West) will turn on the charm with Sidwell, and their chemistry is likely to intensify, potentially sparking a risky romance—or obsession.

At the same time, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will wrestle with a difficult choice regarding Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). He may be tempted to blame Gio for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) involvement in a lab break-in, but he could also see that Rocco must own up to his mistakes.

Gio has proven his good heart, especially after helping save Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) life, which Dante may need to recognize. Additionally, Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) recent life-saving actions might prompt Dante and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to reconsider their opinions of her.
