Posting on Instagram, she wrote: “This might be an incredibly boring post for some, but a while ago I started a ’42 and Fit’ thread that many followers engaged with and asked about regularly. I keep getting messages checking in on how it’s going.
“I haven’t given up! I promise. And I want to stay accountable to something I started.”
The Emmerdale star, who has portrayed Kerry Wyatt for 13 years, revealed that she experienced a “postpartum hormone drop two years in a row” after having her two children, and admitted that she is now perimenopausal.
