Followers quickly speculated that this could signal the star is considering new opportunities outside the ITV soap, as actors often update their headshots when seeking fresh roles.
“Does this mean you’re leaving Emmerdale?” asked one fan. Another pleaded: “Please don’t go.” A third follower expressed concern, writing: “I had a feeling.”
Additionally, soap fans have speculated about April’s potentially heartbreaking exit, predicting a sad prison-related storyline.
