There will be no trip to the Dales tonight after the flashback special featuring Robert Sugden and Kev Townsend.

ITV has announced changes to the Emmerdale schedule, with the popular soap not airing on Thursday evening (November 13).
The long-running series normally broadcasts weekdays at 7:30pm, with an extended hour-long episode on Thursdays.
However, Emmerdale will not air in its usual slot tonight, as ITV will instead show the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifier between England and Serbia, kicking off at 7:45pm.
Football coverage from Wembley Stadium will run from 7pm to 10:05pm, followed by ITV News at Ten until 10:33pm.
Fans can rest assured, as Emmerdale is set to return to its regular time on Friday night.

On Wednesday, viewers were treated to a gripping episode featuring flashbacks of Robert Sugden’s (Ryan Hawley) time in prison and his past with husband Kev Townsend (Chris Coghill).
The scenes explored Robert’s six-year incarceration, during which he was serving a 14-year sentence for the murder of Lee Posner (Kris Mochrie), finally revealing the events that took place while he was behind bars.
Robert was also visited by the late Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter), who encouraged him to mend his relationship with her grandson, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller).

Faith revealed that she was terminally ill after halting all cancer treatment and urged Robert to apply for release after new evidence suggested that Lee might have died from a brain injury caused by his brother.
She also encouraged Robert to reach out to Aaron and bring him back to the village, as he admitted he still loved him.
Meanwhile, in the present timeline, Kev confided in Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), admitting that he has a son from a one-night stand with a woman named Emma, who had been murdered some time ago.

Robert is still unaware that his husband is a father, as the couple’s deceit continues. Kev also instructed Liam not to reveal that he isn’t actually suffering from a terminal heart condition.
By the end of the episode, Kev discovered that Robert had lied about his sister Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) having a brain tumour while applying for parole, which he was granted earlier this year.
How will a furious Kev react to the truth about Victoria?
