TINA O’Brien has called it quits with boyfriend Adam Fadle after just four months together and has severed all ties.
The 42-year-old Coronation Street star went public with the millionaire businessman over the summer, and the couple made their first appearance together at her co-star Jack P. Shepherd’s wedding in July.
The relationship began just four months after the end of her marriage to personal trainer Adam Crofts.
It has now emerged that Tina’s romance with Adam Fadle has ended – and it was the actress who decided to call it off.
Sources revealed that the Sarah Platt star ended the relationship because she felt it “wasn’t going anywhere” and didn’t believe it “would last.”
According to the Mail, Tina was concerned that she was investing energy into something that lacked long-term potential. The breakup reportedly came as a shock to Adam, 38, who had believed they had a real future together.
Since the split, the soap star has deleted all photos of herself and Adam from Instagram as she severs final ties, including snapshots from their romantic getaway to Greece in September.
The couple is understood to have met through mutual friends in Cheshire, where they both live.
In July, Tina brought her then-boyfriend to co-star Jack P. Shepherd’s star-studded wedding. The pair were reportedly inseparable at the event, leaving the reception hand-in-hand at Hallé St Peter’s in Ancoats.
Tina, who has portrayed Sarah Platt on the ITV soap across two stints spanning 26 years, split from 40-year-old Adam Crofts in March.
The couple, who were married for six years, share a son, Beau.
Tina also has a 16-year-old daughter from her previous relationship with former Corrie co-star Ryan Thomas.
Her second Adam, 38, studied architecture before launching his interior design business in 2010. He is now a millionaire design expert admired by footballers, including Paul Pogba.
